If you haven't recieved an email with this code already, or the code you currently have isn't working, please contact the college at Portalqueries@eastnorfolk.ac.uk
Follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Parent Portal account
  2. In the top right, you should see the current students name. Click on the current students name and a drop down list should appear.
  3. Click on the 'Add another student....' option
  4. This will take you to a page to add a student using a unique code and the students date of birth. Please not this code is not the students id number on their card.
    If you haven't recieved an email with the students unique code, or the code you currently have doesn't work, please contact the college at Portalqueries@eastnorfolk.ac.uk
Follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Parent Portal account
  2. In the top right corner, you should see your name. Click on your name and a dropdown list will appear.
  3. Click on 'Settings'
  4. Here you can change your password and/or email address if you wish. Click 'Change your Email Address'.
  5. Fill in your new email addess in both boxes. Click 'Change Email' and your new email address is set.
